Common questions
Is this the same as the in-app HP application?
This page is for new and prospective riders. After onboarding, riders also apply against specific vehicles inside the Work app. Both paths land with MOCTR operations.
Do I need a vehicle already?
No. Hire purchase is designed for riders who need a financed work asset. Availability depends on inventory and your screening outcome.
Will I pay anything on this form?
No. Submitting here is free. Any deposits or fees are only discussed after screening, before a contract is issued.
Where does MOCTR operate first?
We launch in Lagos, then expand to Abuja and Port Harcourt, with further Nigerian states as capacity allows.
